By accessing or using Spreadu ("the Service"), operated by Visual Playground SL ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, that's okay. Just don't use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and notify you via email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Spreadu is a web-based photo album design platform. You upload photos, our engine generates layouts, you fine-tune your spreads, and export print-ready albums. Some features require a paid plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For paid features, we'll give you reasonable notice first.

Keep your account info accurate. You're responsible for the security of your credentials and everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Spreadu. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or sit inactive for an extended period. We'll give you a heads up first.

Your photos are yours. Your album designs are yours. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over anything you upload or create in Spreadu.

By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to run the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. Don't upload photos that infringe on someone else's rights, are unlawful, or violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Prices are shown before purchase and may change with 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to try the free tier before committing to a paid plan so you know exactly what you're getting.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or in violation of applicable laws
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission

The Service itself, including its design, features, code, and branding, belongs to Visual Playground SL and is protected by intellectual property laws. You can't copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

The Spreadu name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Visual Playground SL. Don't use them without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that can't be excluded by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement you have.

We take reasonable measures to protect your photos and designs through regular backups, but we're not liable for data loss due to system failures.

You can close your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. We'll give you notice where reasonably possible.

When your account is closed, your right to use the Service ends. We'll keep your data for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently delete it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
