1. Our Policy
All payments made to Spreadu are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Per-album purchases
- Any other paid features or add-ons
2. Why No Refunds
Spreadu is a digital service. Once you access paid features, you immediately receive the full value of what you paid for. Unlike physical goods, there's nothing to "return."
That said, we want you to be confident before you pay. That's why we offer a free tier so you can try the core features before committing to a paid plan.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Here is how it works:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the free tier
- No partial refunds for the remaining time in a billing cycle
- Your photos and designs remain accessible on the free tier, subject to free tier limits
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard policy is no refunds, we recognize that sometimes things go wrong on our end. If you experience a significant, prolonged service outage or a billing error caused by us, reach out and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
This is not a guarantee of a refund. It's a commitment to treating you fairly when something is genuinely our fault.
5. EU Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer protection law, the standard 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your explicit consent. By subscribing to a paid plan and using paid features, you acknowledge and consent to immediate delivery of the digital service.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than a formal dispute process.
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved.
